Group Sound Therapy Training (Professional Diploma) - Distance Learning Option

This course looks at how to give a wide range of active and passive sound and drum therapy sessions. During the course we will be working with Himalayan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Gong, Drum and Therapeutic Percussion as well as the 7Rs process to help with deeper self-reflection and mindfulness.

You will learn to facilitate a range of different passive and participative group sound therapy sessions. It not only includes the increasingly popular soundbaths and gongbaths but also covers drum journeys (the ancient roots of many 21st century sound therapy methods) and the dynamic ‘Rhythm of Life’ sessions – where we use rhythm, movement and mindfulness to bring balance and harmony. Learn to help others to reframe life-limiting beliefs, fears, phobias and trauma and develop life-affirming strategies with narrative soundscapes

The Group Sound Therapy course is our most popular course. It appeals to teachers, health-workers, occupational therapists, holistic health therapists and anyone wanting to use therapeutic sound in a group. It is packed full of techniques to enable you to build an exciting and diverse portfolio of group sound work sessions.

A blended learning option with an in-person module is also available for this course.
