Our Sound Therapy training is based on extensive research. As a BAST trained sound therapist you will have a deep understanding and knowledge of how to use sound to support health and wellbeing.
The BAST Method of Sound Therapy is a specific method that combines therapeutic sound with self-reflection , mindfulness and self-awareness.
